Repairs and Parts
Total Online Protection has relationships with various manufacturers and suppliers. Most importantly, we make recommendations based on our customers’ requirements, not our relationship with the manufacturer. These relationships provide us with access to spare parts, which are required for future repairs and/or upgrades. Most critical power manufacturers will produce and/or support systems for only 8-10 years. Beyond this, they stop making parts. We have multiple sources to access factory parts, and will keep your UPS performing up to specifications, for years to come.
